Data deletion

Last updated 20 October 2026

Who this is for

Use this page if you connected a Meta ad account, a Facebook Page, or an Instagram professional account to Trakt or to Sent247, or if you want Meta data about you removed. Both products are operated by Profit Geeks (AM Marketing Group Pty Ltd, ABN 37 613 053 286) in Australia and use the same Meta app, Data Geeks.

You can do this yourself in Trakt or Sent247, yourself on Facebook, or by email. Doing any one of them is enough to start a deletion. Doing it in the product or on Facebook stops new data immediately.

Disconnect inside Trakt

If you can sign in to the Trakt workspace that connected Facebook:

  1. Sign in at app.trytrakt.com.
  2. Open Settings, Integrations.
  3. On the Meta Ads spend card, remove each ad account. That stops spend syncing for that account.
  4. Open the Meta Ads integration and choose Disconnect on the connection. That deletes the stored Facebook login, Page, and Instagram connections for that workspace.

Disconnect inside Sent247

If you can sign in to the Sent247 account that connected Facebook:

  1. Sign in at app.sent247.com.
  2. Open Ad Accounts (under Setup).
  3. On the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) card, choose Remove on each connected account. That deletes the stored Meta login, pixel id, and ad account id for that account.

Remove the app on Facebook

You can also remove access from Facebook itself. Meta then tells us, and we delete the Meta login data we can match to that Facebook user in both Trakt and Sent247.

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites. In Accounts Centre this may be listed under Apps and websites.
  3. Select Data Geeks and remove it.

Email us

Email [email protected] (for both Trakt and Sent247) with the subject "Meta data deletion". Include the email address on your account, the name of the ad account or Page if you know it, and the confirmation code if Facebook showed you one. We use those details only to find the right account and delete the right login.

If you cannot sign in, or you removed the app on Facebook and a connection still appears in either product, email us the same way. We will disconnect it.

What we delete

For the Facebook user the request refers to, in Trakt and in Sent247:

  • The Facebook access tokens and Page access tokens, which we also revoke with Meta.
  • The Facebook user id we stored so we can match this request.
  • Ad account, Page, Instagram, and pixel identifiers, names, and other details stored from that login.
  • Page connections made through that login, so Sent247 stops retrieving new Lead Ads leads from them.
  • The connections themselves, so we stop reading those Meta assets.

What we do not delete automatically

Removing the Facebook login does not delete the rest of a Trakt workspace or a Sent247 account. These stay unless the owner asks us to delete them:

  • First-party data the business collected itself, such as Trakt site visits, orders, and attribution, and Sent247 leads, including leads that arrived from the business's own Lead Ads forms.
  • Aggregate ad spend figures already imported into that business's reports. We keep these in both Trakt and Sent247 because they are campaign-level totals, not data about a person.
  • Conversion events and Custom Audience uploads already sent to Meta, Google, or another platform at the customer's request, along with our log of what was sent. Those platforms hold that data under their own policies.
  • The Trakt or Sent247 account itself.

How long it takes

When Meta sends us a deletion callback, we delete the matching Meta login data at that time. A request by email is completed within 30 days of us being able to verify that it is you, and usually sooner. Backups that still contain the deleted login expire on the normal backup cycle.

Confirmation code

If Meta shows you a confirmation code, that code means we received the request. One code covers both Trakt and Sent247. Open this page with the code in the address bar, or the status link Meta gives you, to see the result for each product. The code does not contain your Facebook id. Aggregate ad spend already imported into the business's reports is kept. If a connection still appears in either product, email [email protected] and quote the code.
